After filling out a questionnaire, we share an initial virtual or phone consultation to discuss your project goals, style preferences, and budget considerations.

2. Project Profile created in the Online Portal and Design Package selected. See Packages here.

3. Scope of Work and Contract signed.

3. Package purchased and the Design Phase begins!

4. Designer creates a highly personalized design for your space(s) that includes:

• Space Planning: Detailed floor plan layout to optimize the functionality and flow of your space. This includes furniture placement and spatial organization suggestions.

• Mood Board: Customized digital mood board featuring curated furniture pieces, color palettes, fabric swatches, and decor elements. This provides a visual representation of the proposed design concept.

5. Design Concept Presentation:

Presentation of design concepts, floor plan and other design solutions, accompanied by design rationale and suggestions for achieving the desired look and feel. Emailed to Client for convenience.

6. Feedback/Revisions 

Clients have opportunity to easily give feedback, ask questions, and comment on Design Concept Presentation all within the online portal.

7. Final Design Sent to Client, including:

• Shopping List: Comprehensive shopping list with links to recommended furniture, decor items, and accessories that align with the design concept and budget. This makes it easy for you to purchase items online or in-store at your own convenience. (Note: Premier Package clients receive assistance with purchasing)

• Design Guide: Detailed design guide outlining implementation instructions, including tips for arranging furniture, hanging artwork, and styling accessories to achieve the desired aesthetic.

9. Ongoing Support (only applicable for Standard and Premier packages):

Continued support and communication throughout the implementation process. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions, seek advice, and receive guidance as you bring the design to life.

10. Final Review:

Virtual final review session to assess the completed design and address any remaining questions or concerns. Typically scheduled 4-8 weeks after Final Design received.
